Depending on the process application and operating temperatures, hot zones are lined with different materials and designed with a perfect adaptation to the task. Pumping groups are either oil sealed or entirely dry, including high vacuum systems.

In the lower temperature range the radiant heat transfer can be increased by convection-assisted heating. To improve the quenching speed we supply as a standard solution quenching pressure up to 1,5 MPa (15 bar).
Gas through-streaming can even take place from various directions and with flow reversal.

Specific baskets for easy loading are also available, as well as customized accessories.

The gas cooling nozzles are placed all around the thermal chamber, thus achieving optimal results in terms of hardening and dimensional stability.

The vacuum furnace offers several advantages. First of all, there’s no oxidation due to the absence of oxygen during thermal processing. Moreover, it ensures excellent performance thanks to the high temperature uniformity and its precise and repeatable cycles. Another important aspect is that you can turn it on and off at any time and in any operational condition.

Yes, we do.
We have already developed specific furnaces for the major research centers and laboratories, such as CERN. Our Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) systems are designed and engineered up to 1E-7 mbar.

Delivery times vary depending on the size of furnace and customization details, from a minimum of 4 months for smaller and standard equipment up to 8 months for large and highly customized systems.

You only need 3 things:

  • water-cooling system;
  • electric power;
  • inert gas system (such as argon or nitrogen).

The furnace can be installed in any working environment, also in air-conditioned space as heat dissipation is very low. It’s absolutely clean and has no gas emissions. That’s why vacuum furnaces are perfectly suitable not only for industrial use but also for research and laboratory services.

We are able to adapt the loading system to any production requirement.
Each furnace can be equipped with manual loading systems (available with either hydraulic or electric drive) to fully automated systems for use in many units.
